Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HighRiseBot, a service that deploys a host bot into your Highrise room with its own 24/7 radio, song requests, emotes, welcomes, profiles and an optional VIP economy. HighRiseBot is operated by NETSYNTAX S.L. (CIF B76204783, Tajaste 5, Las Palmas, Spain — "we", "us"). By purchasing a plan you agree to these terms.

The service

  • Every plan includes the FULL bot — all features, all 15 languages, the control panel and your room's own radio stream URL. Plans differ only in duration: 1 day (one-time), 1 week or 1 month (renewing subscriptions).
  • You provide the credentials of a Highrise bot account that you create and own. The bot remains yours; we operate the software behind it. You are responsible for keeping your token valid and for your bot's compliance with Highrise's own Terms of Service and community guidelines.
  • Features evolve: we add capabilities regularly and may adjust or replace individual features, always keeping the core service (radio, requests, emotes, welcomes, economy) intact.

Payments and renewal

  • Prices are shown in USD and processed securely by Stripe.
  • Weekly and monthly plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Day passes are one-time purchases and do not renew.
  • The renewal date is always visible in your panel under Billing, and we send a reminder email before every renewal charge.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancelling your subscription is your responsibility. It is fully self-service and takes under a minute: in your panel, open Billing → "Manage payment and invoices" and cancel in the secure Stripe portal. No emails, no waiting for support — the cancellation is effective immediately and no further charges are made.
  • When you cancel, your bot stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling never cuts your service short.
  • Renewal charges are not refundable. Because cancellation is self-service, always available and takes effect instantly, a renewal that you did not cancel before the renewal date is a valid charge and will not be refunded. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
  • Periods already started are non-refundable once your bot is live in your room. The only exception: if your first deployment fails and we cannot get your bot running at all, you get a full refund.
  • Brief interruptions, including Highrise-side outages beyond our control, do not entitle to refunds (see Availability).
  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for a charge that complies with these terms may lead to suspension of the account while it is resolved. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support first — a person reviews every billing issue.

Expiry and your data

When a plan expires the bot pauses. Your configuration, song library and room data are kept for 7 days so you can reactivate with one click; afterwards they are permanently deleted (see the Privacy Policy). We warn you inside the panel and by email before anything is deleted.

The in-room economy

Tips sent by your visitors go directly to YOUR Highrise bot account — we never receive or hold in-game gold. Our system provides the accounting (balances, passes, audit trail). In-game gold has no monetary value within our service, and your room's economy is your responsibility towards your visitors.

Fair use

  • Don't use the service for anything that breaks Highrise's rules or applicable law, including harassment or copyright abuse of the request system at scale.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt the platform, other customers' bots or the radio infrastructure. We apply per-command rate limits to protect all rooms.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice when feasible.

Availability and liability

We aim for 24/7 uptime but the service depends on Highrise's bot API, which we do not control; brief interruptions (including Highrise-side outages or reconnections) may occur and do not entitle to refunds. The service is provided "as is"; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

General

Minimum age: 13, or the minimum age required by Highrise in your country, whichever is higher. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the panel before they take effect. These terms are governed by Spanish law. The service is operated by NETSYNTAX S.L., CIF B76204783, Tajaste 5, Las Palmas, Spain; for any question about these terms, contact us through the Support section of your panel.
